About HSC Valcartier
Valcartier Garrison is located approximately 10 minutes from the municipalities of Shannon, St-Gabriel-de-Valcartier and Val-Bélair, 20 minutes from Sainte-Foy, Loretteville, Neufchâtel, Les Saules and L'Ancienne-Lorette, 30 minutes from Québec, and 45 minutes from Lévis.

For those units that are individually metered for utilities (heating, electricity, water, sewage), you will pay consumption charges directly to the supplier.
