About HSC Winnipeg
The 17 Wing Winnipeg housing site has two main areas. One is located on the south side of the city, adjacent to Kapyong Barracks operational lands. The other is located on the north side of Winnipeg, adjacent to 17 Wing and 1 Canadian Air Division.

Information about the RHUs in Winnipeg
The shelter charges listed below don't include utility charges. For those units that are individually metered for utilities (heating, electricity, water, sewage), you will pay consumption charges directly to the supplier. For those units that are not individually metered, the utility charges are added to the shelter charges listed below.
