About Children’s Education Management (CEM)

Children's Education Management (CEM) supports the educational needs of Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) families. CEM provides services for the education of children of CAF members both inside and outside of Canada. CEM supports students in over 250 locations outside Canada.

CEM services ensure families:

• receive compensation for education-related expenses
• have access to compatible schools or to CAF overseas schools (AFNORTH and SHAPE international schools) when posted outside of Canada
• have access to guidance counselling services posted OUTCAN
