Improvements to compensation and benefits for the Canadian Armed Forces

Canadian Armed Forces Delayed Pension Class Action
Notice of Settlement
Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) members, did you experience a delay in receiving a pension benefit under the Reserve Force Pension Plan or the Regular Force Pension Plan?
If you served in the CAF with at least some of that service in the Reserve Force, and were released between 2007 and 2017, you may be entitled to a payment under a settlement.
