The Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) has regularly aided other countries when called upon to help them protect their autonomy and their people. One of the ways that the CAF helps other nations is through military training. The CAF also helps them improve their military equipment and technical gear. This support is often part of a larger government assistance program.
