Information sharing agreements/arrangements - ESDC
Information Sharing Agreements and Arrangements (ISAs) are used by ESDC to govern how information is exchanged with partners. They define the purpose, legal authority, and privacy and security requirements for information sharing, helping ensure compliance with the Privacy Act, Department of Employment and Social Development Act (DESDA), and Treasury Board Secretariat Directives and departmental policies while supporting efficient, client‑centred service delivery.
