Minister Gould celebrates the one-year anniversary of the Early Learning and Child Care Agreement with Saskatchewan

The Minister of Families, Children and Social Development, Karina Gould, will be in Regina to celebrate the one-year anniversary of the signing of the Canada-wide Early Learning and Child Care Agreement with Saskatchewan.
