Government of Canada to announce additional investments to increase access to employment opportunities and support persons with disabilities in the workplace

The Minister of Diversity, Inclusion and Persons with Disabilities, Kamal Khera, will be in Cape Breton, Nova Scotia to announce additional funding under the Opportunities Fund for Persons with Disabilities. These investments reinforce the Government’s commitment towards a more accessible and inclusive Canada.

The Minister will be accompanied by Jaime Battiste, Member of Parliament for Sydney— Victoria, Nova Scotia and Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Crown-Indigenous Relations.

A photo opportunity and media availability will follow the announcement.
