Minister O’Regan to announce funding to help more seniors age at home
The Minister for Seniors, Seamus O’Regan Jr., will visit Connections for Seniors in St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador, to participate in a community outreach food delivery and announce funding for projects across Canada under the Age Well at Home Initiative. This funding will support organizations that help seniors age at home, in their communities.
The Minister will be accompanied by Joanne Thompson, Member of Parliament for St. John’s East.
A photo opportunity and media availability will follow the announcement.
