Government of Canada to make an announcement about Black communities

The Honourable Kamal Khera, Minister of Diversity, Inclusion and Persons with Disabilities, will announce funding to establish an institute for people of African descent.
The Minister will be accompanied by the Honourable Judy A. Sgro, Member of Parliament for Humber River–Black Creek.
