Minister Beech and Parliamentary Secretary Lauzon to update Canadians on service delivery and announce new improvements to passport services

The Honourable Terry Beech, Minister of Citizens’ Services, and Stéphane Lauzon, Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Citizens’ Services, will hold a media availability to discuss the release of the first State of Service report, and to announce significant new improvements to passport services.
