Governments of Canada and British Columbia to announce funding to support tariff-impacted workers

The Honourable Patty Hajdu, Minister of Jobs and Families and Minister responsible for the Federal Economic Development Agency for Northern Ontario, and the Honourable Sheila Malcolmson, British Columbia’s Minister of Social Development and Poverty Reduction, will be in Victoria to announce funding to support workers in British Columbia affected by tariffs and global market shifts.

The ministers will be accompanied by Will Greaves, Member of Parliament for Victoria.

A photo opportunity and media availability will follow the announcement.
