19.3.0 Non-referred claimants

Claimants who attend a training course without being referred by an authority delegated by the Commission are required to meet the same entitlement conditions as any other claimant who wishes to receive benefits. It is essential that such claimants continue to seek employment in order to be entitled to EI regular benefits (Digest 10.12.2).
