Personal Support Worker Retirement Savings Innovation Program– Call for Concepts – Step 1

The Personal Support Worker Retirement Savings Innovation Program (PSWRSIP) will provide funding to eligible initial recipients that are able to provide retirement savings incentives through tax-assisted private savings vehicles to personal support workers (PSWs) without workplace retirement security coverage.

Concept application period:

November 25, 2024, to January 24, 2025, at 3:00pm, Eastern Standard Time (EST) Closed

Funding amount:

Between $1,000,000 and a maximum of $30,000,000 for a project spread over 24 months in the 2026 and 2027 calendar years

Who can apply:

Not-for-profit organizations, for-profit organizations, unions, boards of trades, industry association, cooperatives, indigenous organizations and 2SLGBTQIA+ organizations
