Eligible to apply for a SIN by mail

Based on the postal code you entered, you reside in a remote or inaccessible area. If you cannot apply for a Social Insurance Number (SIN) in-person or have another individual submit the application in-person on your behalf, you may apply for a SIN by mail. Please complete the application form and mail it along with the required original documents to:
