Annex 3: Proposal on the use of refillable containers for Hydrofluorocarbons and Hydrochlorofluorocarbons

• It is prohibited to import a refrigerant that contains a HFC unless it is in a refillable container.
• It is prohibited to import or manufacture a refrigerant that contains a HCFC unless it is in a refillable container.
