3.0 Path Forward

Environment Canada will review and take into consideration all comments received from interested and affected parties in response to this consultation document on proposed controls on HFCs found in Annexes 2 and 3 to this document, as well as those from the previous consultation sessions, particularly on the proposal to simplify the consumption allowance system and the manufacturing allowance system for HCFCs found in Annex 1 to this document.

The draft regulations will then be pre-published in Part I of the Canada Gazette for a 60-day public comment period.
