Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 129(3) of the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999 (CEPA), the conditions of disposal at sea permit no. 4543‑2‑03713 are varied and approved as follows. The varied conditions are published on the Canadian Environmental Protection Act Registry on Tuesday, August 27, 2019.
4. Loading site(s): Neptune Bulk terminals (Canada) Ltd., North Vancouver, British Columbia, at approximately 49.30388° N, 123.05523° W North American Datum of 1983 (NAD83), as submitted in support of the application for a permit variation.
9. Total quantity to be disposed of: not to exceed 17 000 cubic metres, place measure.
