Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 127 of the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999 (CEPA), the conditions of disposal at sea permit no. 4543‑2‑06789 are amended as follows and published on the CEPA Registry on Tuesday, November 5, 2013.
6. Disposal site(s): Happy Adventure, within a 250-metre radius of 48.62955° N, 53.75146° W North American Datum of 1983 (NAD83), at an approximate depth of 150 metres, as described in the figure identified in paragraph 4(a).
