Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 127 of the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999 (CEPA), the conditions of disposal at sea permit no. 4543‑2‑06798 are amended as follows and published on the CEPA Registry on Tuesday, April 15, 2014.
7. Route to disposal site(s) and method of transport: most direct navigational route from the loading site to the disposal site via pipeline, dump scow, sidecasting or end dumping.
8. Method of disposal: disposal will be carried out by pipeline, dump scow, sidecasting or end dumping.
