Disposal at sea permit ATL-00509-1, amended
Notice is hereby given that the Minister of the Environment, pursuant to subsection 129(3) of the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999 (CEPA), is varying a condition of disposal at sea permit no. ATL-00509-1 as outlined below. The varied condition is published in the Canadian Environmental Protection Act Registry on Tuesday, May 20, 2025.
6. Disposal site: Winterton, Newfoundland and Labrador, within a 250 metre radius of 47.96667° N, 53.36667° W (NAD83) at an approximate depth of 250 metres, as described in the map identified in paragraph 4a.
