Notice is hereby given that the Minister of the Environment, pursuant to subsection 129(3) of the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999 (CEPA), is varying a condition of disposal at sea permit no. ATL-00362-1 as outlined below. The varied condition is published in the Canadian Environmental Protection Act Registry on Tuesday, July 4, 2023.
6. Disposal site: Wedge Point (CA-AT-D209) Nova Scotia, within a 150-metre radius of 43.67841º N, 65.94610º W (NAD83), as described in the map identified in paragraph 4.
