Disposal at sea permit PYR-00253-1, amended

Notice is hereby given that the Minister of the Environment, pursuant to subsection 129(3) of the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999 (CEPA), is varying the conditions of disposal at sea permit no. PYR-00253-1 as outlined below. The varied conditions are published in the Canadian Environmental Protection Act Registry on Tuesday, January 10, 2023.
3. Duration of permit: The permit is valid from June 28, 2022, to June 15, 2023.
10. Total quantity to be disposed of: not to exceed 2 100 000 cubic metres, place measure.
