Notice is hereby given that the Minister of the Environment, pursuant to subsection 129(3) of the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999 (CEPA), is varying the conditions of disposal at sea permit no. PYR-00344-1 as outlined below. The varied conditions are published in the Canadian Environmental Protection Act Registry on Tuesday, November 21, 2023.
