Disposal at sea permit PYR-00498-1, amended
Notice is hereby given that the Minister of the Environment, pursuant to subsection 129(3) of the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999 (CEPA), is varying a condition of disposal at sea permit no. PYR-00498-1 as outlined below. The varied condition is published in the Canadian Environmental Protection Act Registry on Tuesday, April 15, 2025.
9. Total quantity to be disposed of: not to exceed 35 000 cubic metres, place measure.
