Appendix C: minimum information required for registration of storage tank systems

The registration form prescribed by the authority having jurisdiction shall require, as a minimum, the following information:

1. name of owner;
2. address of owner;
3. type of facility;
4. location of storage tanks (if different than address of owner);
5. storage capacity of tank;
6. type of product stored;
7. year of installation;
8. Underwriters' Laboratories of Canada (ULC) standard of tank
9. type of storage tank material;
10. type of piping material;
11. corrosion protection provided (if applicable);
12. type of pump;
13. type of leak detection;
14. type of secondary containment (if applicable);
15. name of operator (if different than storage tank owner );
16. name of land owner (if different than storage tank owner);
17. name of installer; and
18. manufacturer of storage tank.
