Reporting template for the Products Containing Mercury Regulations

To keep track of your activities related to the Products Containing Mercury Regulations, you can download the optional Excel spreadsheet. When it is time to report, you can simply copy and paste your information from the spreadsheet into the online reporting system within the Single Window Information Manager (SWIM).

Important: Please make sure to use the table with the correct drop-down menu, as the list of exemptions under the Regulations changed in June 2025.

Note that the new list of exempted products under the Regulations come into force in June 2025. Regulatees will therefore have to report on the new list of exempted products. Please refer to the new Schedule of the Regulations for the complete list of exemptions.
