Official title: Summary of public comments received on the draft agreement on the equivalency of federal and Nova Scotia regulations for the control of greenhouse gas emissions from electricity producers in Nova Scotia.


The Notice with respect to the availability of a proposed equivalency agreement was published on March 30, 2019 in the Canada Gazette, Part I for a 60‑day public comment period. Four stakeholders provided comments.
