This form is not for reporting on your imports and manufacturing of mercury containing products. To complete the mandatory reporting to Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC), visit Reporting under the Products Containing Mercury Regulations.

Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC) has determined that your company may be subject to the Products Containing Mercury Regulations (‘the Regulations’). The Regulations prohibit the import and manufacture of products containing mercury or any of its compounds, with some exemptions.

By completing this short online questionnaire, you provide ECCC with relevant information that will help us to assist you in understanding and complying with the requirements of the Regulations, should they apply. By completing the form, you may be added to an ECCC mailing list, if applicable to your activities.

Your participation in this questionnaire is voluntary, and all responses are legally protected under the Privacy Act. More information about our privacy policy can be found on the Canada.ca website.
