Typical Construction:

  • Steel undercarriage supported on concrete block piers
  • Metal straps and ground anchors (frame and/or over-the-top strap anchors)
  • Asphalt shingles or one-piece metal roof covering
  • Wood roof joists; metal, vinyl or wood siding
  • Wood stud walls and partitions
