Subject: Decision letter in the matter of the Complaint from Canadian Poultry and Egg Processors Council against the Turkey Farmers of Canada

Dear Mr. O’Kane,

At its meeting of November 23, 2021, the Farm Products Council of Canada reviewed the report and recommendation of the Complaint Committee established by the FPCC Chairman to inquire into the complaint by Canadian Poultry and Egg Processors Council (CPEPC) against the Turkey Farmers of Canada (TFC), made on July 13, 2021.

The Council, being satisfied with the report, approved it and took the decision to dismiss the complaint. Additionally, Council supports all the recommendations identified in the Complaint Report. Please note that the Report is appended for your information. The Report will be available on the web site shortly, when the French version is available.
