FCAC to release reports on bank complaints handling and operations of external complaint bodies

The Financial Consumer Agency of Canada (FCAC) will release the results of its review of bank complaint handling procedures and its review of the operations of external complaints bodies (ECBs). 

The reports will be available on FCAC’s research and publication page on Wednesday, February 19, 2020 around 11:00 a.m.
