ARCHIVED – Paediatric Expert Advisory Committee

Notice to reader

This is an archived list. You can use it for research or reference.

The Paediatric Expert Advisory Committee was formed in 2009 to provide a way for Health Canada to seek expert advice and public involvement in the development, licensing and continued vigilance for health products - pharmaceuticals, medical devices, biologics including vaccines and natural health products - on the market destined for children, and pregnant and nursing women.

The Committee also provides input to Health Canada on food safety and nutrition standards specific to these populations, as well as on the information the Department provides to assist Canadians in making healthy food choices.
