Transfer Payment Service Standards – First Nations and Inuit Health Branch (FNIHB)
FNIHB Service Standards Results achieved 1st Quarter 2017-2018
1. To have the national funding agreement models available for viewing by December 15 of each year for the next fiscal year. Met.
2. To issue 75% the first payments within twenty (20) calendar days of the funding arrangement's effective date. Met. 77.6% of all FNIHB funding arrangement payments were issued within twenty (20) calendar days of the effective date. Note that payments do not include the Canada Common Funding Arrangements.

These service standards apply to the following transfer payment programs:

  • Contributions for First Nations and Inuit Health Infrastructure Support
  • Contributions for First Nations and Inuit Primary Health Care
  • Contributions for First Nations and Inuit Supplementary Health Benefits
