In accordance with Health Canada Policy on External Advisory Bodies (2011), all members were asked to disclose:

At every meeting, members confirm or update their stated affiliations and interests. No members were prohibited from participating on the basis of their disclosures.
1. Direct financial interests
- Current employment, investments in companies, partnerships, equity, royalties, joint ventures, trusts, real property, stocks, shares or bonds, with the regulated industry.
2. Indirect financial interests
- Within the past ten years, payment from regulated industry for work done or being done, including past employment, contracts or consulting; or financial support including research support, personal education grants, contributions, fellowships, sponsorships, and honoraria.
- Within the past ten years, materials, discounted products, gifts, or other benefits, or attendance at meetings where all or part of the travel and accommodation costs were provided by a party that has an interest in the mandate of the advisory body.
- Within the last ten years, grants or other funding to any of the organizations where you are currently employed or participate in internal decision making from a party that has an interest in the mandate of the advisory body.
3. Intellectual interests
