Government of Canada to make an announcement supporting nutrition

June 29, 2022, Ottawa, ON – The Honourable Jean-Yves Duclos, Minister of Health, will make a nutrition related announcement. The Minister will be joined by Francis Drouin, Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Agriculture and Agri-Food and Member of Parliament for Ottawa Centre, Yasir Naqvi. Representatives from The Heart and Stroke Foundation and Diabetes Canada will also be in attendance.
The event will be preceded by a technical briefing, held under embargo.
