Specifically, Orange TKO Industries (INT'L) Inc. is alleged to have sold non-compliant Orange TKO Super Concentrated All Purpose Cleaner, to a retailer, with labels that are non-compliant with the Consumer Chemicals and Containers Regulations, 2001(SOR /2001-269), including sections 22 and 23, and subsections 24(1)(c), 24(1)(d), 24(2), 26(1)(a), 26(1)(b), 26(1)(c), 29(b), 31(a), 31(b), 31(c), and 39(1).
