Submission of potential ATP candidates

Advanced Therapeutic Products (ATPs) are drugs and/or medical devices that are so unique, complex, and distinct that they face a significant barrier under the existing regulations.

Any information submitted in this form will be used to help inform Health Canada of any potential ATP candidates that could be considered for future analysis.

Health Canada encourages stakeholders to provide as much information as they can to help Health Canada make decisions on potential ATP candidates.

 

Privacy notice

The personal information you provide to Health Canada will be used by the Biologic and Radiopharmaceutical Drugs Directorate under the authority of Department of Health Act and handled in accordance with the Privacy Act.

Why are we collecting your personal information? We are requesting your personal information to assist us in understanding how to best regulate the potential ATP candidate. Health Canada may reach out to contact you for clarification on any information submitted about potential ATP candidates.

What are your rights? You have the right to access and request a correction and/or notation to your personal information. You also have a right to complain to the Privacy Commissioner of Canada if you feel your personal information has been handled improperly.
