The Draft Guidance Document: Licensing Requirements for Implantable Medical Devices Manufactured by 3D Printing  is being released by Health Canada for consultation purposes.

Comments provided to Health Canada should be submitted no later than January 8, 2019, in order to allow sufficient time for their assessment.

It is important to note that amendments to draft documents may occur as a result of consultation feedback and subsequent deliberations within Health Canada.
