This list is incorporated by reference in the Supplementary Rules Respecting Nicotine Replacement Therapies Order (Order). This list is relevant for the purposes of the following provisions of the Order: subsection 7(1) and sections 8, 11, 12, 20, 22 and 23. The dosage forms set out in this list are as described in the controlled vocabulary of the Natural Health Products Ingredients Database. Health Canada maintains and updates this list as required.
