Backgrounder: Refresh, refurbish, replace – Canada, Ontario and Niagara invest in upgraded public transit
Backgrounder
The federal government is investing $51,444,200 through the Public Transit Infrastructure Stream (PTIS) of the Investing in Canada Infrastructure Program to support eight public transit projects across the Regional Municipality of Niagara. The Government of Ontario is providing $42,865,880 and the Region of Niagara is contributing $34,300,420.
