How to request accessible services
We’re committed to providing services and programs that are inclusive and accessible to people with disabilities.
Help us serve you better
We can better help if you let us know what your accessibility needs are. We recognize that you may need assistive devices, service animals or support persons to access our services. Telling us your accessibility needs won’t affect the outcome of your application.
For example, if you can’t use our website or forms, you can request an accessible format of a document. The following formats are available:
- large print (larger and clearer font)
- braille (a system of raised dots that people who are blind or who have low vision can read with their fingers)
