Family class and spouse or common-law partner in Canada class (CPC Mississauga) as per R295(1)(a) and R301(1)(a)

The fees are as follows:
- Sponsor (per application): $75
- Principal applicant, including a conjugal partner with respect to the sponsor: $490
Please note the exceptions that follow:
- Principal applicant less than 22 years of age, not a spouse or common-law partner and described in R117(1)(b) or (f) to (h): $75
- Family member of a principal applicant 22 years of age or older, or less than 22 years of age and is a spouse or common-law partner: $570
- Family member of a principal applicant less than 22 years of age and is not a spouse or common-law partner: $155
Cost recovery fees are payable for processing an application for a permanent residence or a sponsorship undertaking
- if the application is made by a person as a member of the family class R295(1)(a) and
- if the application is made by a person as a member of the spouse or common-law partner in Canada class R301(1)(a)
