Summary: Effective April 1, 2014, Paragon will no longer administer the CELPIP General test and will only administer their new CELPIP General 2014 test with a new scoring structure. As of this date, the TEF test scoring structure will also change by one point for some scoring equivalencies. Updates to the test score equivalency charts have been made accordingly. The new CELPIP General 2014 test also contains the dated electronic signature of the Chief Executive Officer and the report printing date.
