Functional guidance on grants of citizenship now modernized

If you use the manuals and operational bulletins regularly, you will notice that there has been a significant change to the way citizenship grants guidance now looks. Information on residence and prohibitions has also been modernized. It is anticipated that there will be a transition period while employees become accustomed to the new format. However, in the long run, finding the right information will be easier and faster and updates will be more efficient.
The transition table will help you find where previous manual content can now be found in the new format.
You can also use the section’s table of contents for a listing of all pages by topic.
Note: In addition to being adapted to the new web-friendly format, content from the former CP4 chapter has undergone significant revisions. That said, these program delivery instructions will undergo further significant changes in the near future once new citizenship legislation takes effect. Watch for updates highlighted on the right-hand side of each page. You will also be notified by email when pages are updated.
