Update to instructions concerning bridging open work permits for certain federal economic class applicants
Summary
The bridging open work permit instructions have been updated to provide a new Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) exemption code, to include the caregiver classes and to clarify which permanent resident applicants who use the Express Entry channel may apply for this category.
