Functional guidance on the Provincial Nominee Program now modernized
Summary
The information that was contained in the following manual chapter can now be found in the permanent residence section of the program delivery instructions:
- OP 7b, Provincial nominees
The following operational bulletins (OBs) have been incorporated into the new PDIs and should no longer be used as the current source of guidance:
- OB 251, Examination of Members of the Provincial Nominee Class at Ports of Entry and CIC Inland Offices
- OB 499, Determining the Ability of Provincial Nominees to Economically Establish in Canada
In addition, a new section on inadmissibility for financial reasons has been added.
