Exemption for nationals of Ethiopia to the bar on applying for a pre-removal risk assessment
Summary
Nationals of Ethiopia are exempt from the 12-month bar if their Immigration and Refugee Board or previous pre-removal risk assessment decision was made between July 28, 2015, and July 27, 2016. Nationals of Ethiopia with a decision made after July 27, 2016, are subject to the 12-month bar.
