Update to the list of documents that can be used to establish identity for citizenship applications

Summary

The list of documents that can be used to establish identity for citizenship applications has been updated. The information on identity documents for preschool-age children was clarified. A paragraph was added to indicate which documents are not accepted. Information about providing foreign identity documents for applicants residing abroad has also been added.
