Exemption for nationals of Russia to the bar on applying for a pre-removal risk assessment
Nationals of Russia are exempt from the 12-month bar if their Immigration and Refugee Board or previous pre-removal risk assessment decision was made between July 1, 2016, and June 30, 2017. Nationals of Russia with a decision made after June 30, 2017, are subject to the 12-month bar.
